Register for Citrix Exams

Note: Effective August 31st, 2009, Citrix exams are offered exclusively through Pearson VUE. For more information on this update, click here.

Citrix exams are delivered in a secure, proctored environment at testing centers throughout the world by Pearson VUE.

Follow these steps before registering: 

  1. Decide which exam you wish to take and note the exam name and number.
  2. If you have taken a Citrix exam before, locate your test provider log-in info and your Citrix Candidate ID to avoid duplicate records and delays in receiving proper credit for the exams.
  3. Prepare to provide the following personal information: 
    • Legal name
    • Test provider log-in information and Citrix Candidate ID (if you have taken a Citrix exam before)
    • Mailing address
    • Valid e-mail address
    • Method of payment
  4. Review the Citrix Exam Policies.
  5. If you have already taken or will be taking any self-paced online courses, please provide identical demographic information to avoid duplicate records and delays in having your records correctly posted to Certification Manager. Citrix requires a valid e-mail address to send important e-mail notifications regarding certification. Please keep this information current in the Certification Manager.
