Exam Policies
Refer to the information below when making plans for Citrix exams.
Citrix Beta Exams
- Beta exams may only be taken once
- Beta exams count towards certification
- By invitation only, unless otherwise noted
Citrix Live Exam Retakes
- Second Attempt: Must wait 24 hours
- Additional Attempts: Must wait 14 days
Disabled/Special Testing Requirements
If you are disabled and require special assistance to complete your Citrix exam, contact Pearson VUE to make arrangements.
Please note that all scheduling requests and changes must be made through the Special Accommodations department or the Regional Service centers. Online or automated attendant scheduling services are not available for appointments that require special accommodations.
