Description
In this Citrix XenServer 5.0 Enterprise Edition self-paced online technical training course, students will be prepared to deploy and manage XenServer Enterprise Edition 5.0 and XenCenter. Through hands-on labs, students will gain hands-on experience in installing and configuring a virtualization server and connecting to the server with XenCenter; creating virtual machines and managing virtual machine life-cycle operations; and creating a XenServer resource pool and connecting to remote storage
In addition, students will explore advanced XenServer capabilities such as XenMotion and automatic virtual machine placement.
For training on Citrix XenServer 5.5, it is recommended that students take CEX-100-1W - Introducing Citrix Essentials for XenServer 5.5 in conjunction with this course. For a limited time, CEX-100-1W is available at no cost!
